Learning Community Trust Admission Appeals for mainstream Academies

When a year group is full, and we are not able to offer a place, parents can either request to be put on the waiting list or they have the right to Appeal. The waiting list uses our oversubscription criteria, which can be found in each academies Admissions Policy and in the following document;-

Determined Admission 2020-21

If you wish to appeal for a place in one of our schools then you will need to download the appeals form below or from the individual school website, complete it and send it to the school on the email address provided.

The administrator in charge of admissions and appeals will work with the Admissions Team at Telford and Wrekin Council and keep you informed of the process and timescales for the appeal.

Appeals are heard within a 30 day timescale, not including holidays and weekends.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation the Appeal Hearings will be held via a telephone conference. Our Appeal Form can be downloaded below.
